What is the check-in code on brightwheel? ›

Find Your Check-in Code

Log into the brightwheel mobile app. Choose the three horizontal lines in the top-left hand corner. Choose Edit Profile under your profile picture. Then scroll to the bottom to see your Check-in Code.

Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues

The most likely reason the platform will not load is due to a local network or connectivity issue. In order to have a good experience using brightwheel, you should at least have a 50Mbps per second connection.

Seeking consent to share images of children and young people

Children should always be consulted about the use of their image and give consent to it being used and shared. For young people under 16, you should also get parental consent to use an image.

Technically they aren't breaking the law when posting photos of you or your kid without consent, but you have every right to ask them to take it down. If this is a random account on Instagram that you don't know that's a good battle to pick.

Here's how: Open the Camera app and hold your Android phone so that the QR code appears in the viewfinder. Your phone should recognize the QR code and give you a notification. Tap the notification to open the link associated with the QR code.
